In order to be eligible for a return

Made-to-Order, Personalized or Custom-Made Orders

Any item that is made-to-order, personalized, or custom-made is not eligible for a refund. All sales are final. A return will not be accepted unless there was a manufacturing defect. If this

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders:

We are very sorry you are experiencing an issue with your product!

We do our very best to ensure that every item we dispatch is correct & of the highest quality. However, mistakes unfortunately do happen.

If you received an incorrect or damaged/defective item, please email us at with this information ASAP and a copy of your purchase receipt, so that we can authorize your return.
